Organizations
Picture-Directory Online was designed to allow users to access multiple directories.
Once you have logged onto your "home" directory, if you click on Organizations, you will
see a Search button and check box labeled "Search only organizations where I'm a secondary member".
If you only click on the search button, you will get a list of all the directories. If you check
the box for secondary member, you will get a list of those you have access to.
If you just do a search, a list of all directories are presented to you.
On the far right hand side of the list is an Action column.
There are two types of logins.
If you are a member of a directory, you need to login with your USER ID and password.
If you click on Guest Login, you will be taken to that directory and be allowed to
view those items designated as "public". Privacy Level for the each record,
you are creating, always determines the security.
