What is Picture-Directory’s policy regarding privacy of data on GEFC Directory 2.0/2.1, Picture-Directory Online, or Picture-Directory for Windows products?

It has always been the practice of Picture-Directory to respect and keep all customer data confidential. This is treated much the same as a lawyer/client relationship. We do not sell or disclose any of your data to anyone or any organization.

As you probably aware, as administrators of the Online product, we have access to your data. Normally the only time we access your data is if you, the customer, have a request or concern regarding functions and/or data on your web site (Pictorial Directory). We provide the server and the software, but will do nothing with the data unless so requested by the customer of a Pictorial Directory. We will not provide any names Email addresses of any of our customers unless the customer Oks it. Picture-Directory uses its own data, (not any customer data) for beta testing and quality control for enhancements, fixing bugs and new releases.
