How can I get a print preview of my entire directory? How do I print my directory to a WYSIWYG file?

Within Page Designer, as you have discovered, it only gives you the opportunity to see, one page of the photo/names and addresses... However you can download and install a product called PDFCreator that allows you to create PDF files which can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is also free and probably already installed on your computer)...

To install PDFCreator, goto: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/, and download and install it. Once this application is installed you'll have a new selection in your choice of available printers (PDFCreator)... When you print to PDFCreator it creates a file which you can then open with Adobe Acrobat Reader and you'll be able to see exactly what your entire directory will look like when it is printed to a physical printer.
