Knowledge Base Question - ID #45

The Help for GEFC Directory 2.1 doesn't work on my Windows Vista computer. Why can't I get Help from this program or can this be resolved?

You can download the help program from Microsoft to resolve this issue.

However, we do need to inform you that Microsoft officially states:

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which was used in previous versions of Windows and it is not supported in Windows Vista.

For more information, see Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) is no longer included with Windows on the Microsoft support website.

In reading this statement, you will see a link to download the winhlp32.exe to get the help working for your Windows Vista computer. Click on that link to download the help. Currently the link points here:
